Selling added + Gradual difficulty increase + some nerfs


Items can now be sold for one gold with shift right click

The health cost to play the round is now taken at start of combat all at once instead of per flip (starts at 3) and increases by one every ten rounds. 

Mace and Globus have been nerfed to only one self damage and one reward

Bolo and shovel have been nerfed from (1-3) effect to (1-2)
